The warm welcome from the friendly staff immediately made me feel at home. The suite I booked was just as lovely as shown on the internet, with comfortable mattresses ensuring a great night's sleep. One of the highlights was the individually served breakfast, made by the owner himself. It was a classy and unique experience, with the grandson of ski pioneer Hannes Schneider preparing and serving the delicious morning meals. The hotel is also conveniently located, close to the Alber Freeride ski depot and the Galzig cable car, making it easy to store ski equipment and access the slopes. Schneider Hof Boutique is a gem of a hotel, filled with history and run by a welcoming couple.

Sound insulation in rooms could be improved.

We stayed for a weekend in a recently renovated hotel in a city center location. The rooms were spacious and very well decorated. The breakfast was also great! The hotel is located within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions, which made it convenient for us to explore.

Although we enjoyed our stay, we thought the payment process was a bit confusing. We had to pay a big deposit months before our stay, which we knew about, but the balance was withdrawn without being informed, which came as a surprise at check-out.

Stayed here for Easter break and two things that stood out were the comfortable rooms and the top-notch breakfast. The hotel's location was also very convenient, as it was close to several restaurants and shops. Another advantage was the friendly staff.

No negative aspects to mention.

We stayed in a stunning one-bedroom apartment that was beautifully finished and perfect for our group. The location of the hotel is excellent, near to the chair lifts and just a short walk from the train station. We loved the comfortable beds that were adjustable for added comfort and the American-style breakfast was very filling. We were provided with fresh fruit and pastries daily, and enjoyed using the private sauna.

The payment process could have been more transparent. There wasn't any notification or invoice submitted to me when the balance was withdrawn a week before arrival, which came as a surprise at check out.

The airport shuttle made my arrival and departure hassle-free, and I even received a welcome drink upon check-in. The room amenities were fantastic, with heating to keep me warm after a day on the slopes, tea and coffee facilities for a cozy afternoon break, and a comfortable sitting area to relax in. I also enjoyed the terrace and dining table, where I could enjoy the beautiful views and have meals outside. The rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and restful sleep. The hotel also provided free toiletries and cookware/kitchen utensils, which added to the overall convenience and comfort of my stay. The flat-screen TV and parquet floors added a touch of elegance to the room, and the dining area was perfect for enjoying breakfast or a cozy dinner. The staff were always attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The leisure facilities, including the sauna and massage options, were a great way to unwind after a day of skiing. The free Wi-Fi and free parking were also highly appreciated.
